Have been going for almost 3 years, and it's amazing.
I have never received such bad treatment as in this club. My baby was registered in the club for the "babys in Bewegung" classes. After two months they told me that they had a problem with my bank account and they asked me to fill out the form again, I did it and delivered it and at the end of December I received a letter from a lawyer with a non-friendly tone and charging me a value that seems unfair to me and they canceled my baby's membership. I was also registered in that club and used the same bank account, the club charged my contributions without any problem. I’m trying to call to everyone to solve this and no one can give me an answer or solution. They even charged €50 at Christmas time 2024 justifying that they need money because they are bankrupt (I also have my problems to be giving away my money). I told them that I didn't want to pay €50 and they told me it's mandatory. Apart from all this problem that has left me with a bad image of the club, I canceled my contract before because the facilities are very old, the gym is almost empty and they open very late for someone who only has the mornings to train. I had the idea to keep just my baby there but you made me a favour cancelling her contract
Despite the facility being mandatorily closed during the Corona period, a total of €120 was deducted from me for three months when I canceled my membership. They charged for this period despite not providing any service while they were closed. Moreover, they neither offered an extra period for the closed months nor provided any compensation, simply stating, “We are a foundation, so you cannot claim any rights.” Charging for a period without providing any service caused significant inconvenience as a consumer and, in my view, constitutes an unfair profit. Either a refund should have been issued, or the unused months should have been credited as membership time.
Today (24.04.2022) I came at 21.15 and they did not allowed me to make my training(20 -30 min) just because old lady from Personal decided “spontanly” as she said , to close right at that time when I came . And there was 4 persons in the gym ! So unfriendly !!
Originally I came with a friend and I met some very lovely and nice people. Especially being a foreigner. However since the time I had tried to cancel my membership I was given false information told to cross a box and then find out later they are still charging me for a membership. When asked why they had not cancelled my membership, they said well you didn't do it correctly. The information given to me was incorrect, now I have a membership for 3 months that they would not refund because of false information, that they had given to me. As a New Zealander this is terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone who doesn't understand German completely to not go here. If someone says I want to cancel my entire membership and false information is given then its a trap. Not happy with the service at all.
