About two years ago, I tried to book a facial appointment. It was supposedly already scheduled for a certain time, but then they told me it wasn't available at that time. I told them I couldn't make it at any other time and decided not to book the appointment. Recently, I contacted them again to book another facial, and they told me I had to pay the full amount upfront. According to them, it's their policy. I find it absurd that they force you to pay for a service that hasn't even been provided yet. They expected me to come in before the appointment to pay and then return the next day for the service. And another gem: two years ago, when I booked the appointment, they told me the facial cost 130,000 pesos, but there was a discount for that month, bringing the price down to 90,000 pesos. This year, they told me the exact same thing: it cost 150,000 pesos, but I could get it for 90,000 pesos. In short, that's called false advertising, and it carries a fine from the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC). I will definitely never use their services again. All I know is that they're good at scaring away potential customers.
