Souls Health and Resource Center helped me to lose weight. The hcg diet plan works amazingly well. As a matter of fact all of the weight loss plans work. I live in Downey, CA but drive into Bellflower to visit the shop. Souls also has a cookbook that is diabetic friendly because all of the recipes are sugar free and oil free. I highly suggest you check them out.
