Body Sense Fitness - Gym in Koper, Slovenia

I bought a yearly access. Being an early bird I love that they open at 5 AM, the only one in the region. Plenty of training devices, in two floors. Also suitable for free weight and cross-fit training and HIIT. I recomend.

Great gym! Multiple machines and enough free weights. This gym is popular and relatively busy. Gym is over 2 floors , 1 st floor is great large functional area for crossfit-like workouts with bars , Olympic bars and kettlebells. Showers and locker available . Day visit is €7. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A very friendly and welcoming manager of the gym showed us around for our visit there. The gym is equipped with everything we needed for our vacation trainings. Especially because on the ground floor there's a seperate room with a lot of free weights (barbells, kettlebells) and space where you actually can deadlift and let the bar drop. So for every powerlifter or weighlifter or even crossfitter, I think this gym is best suited for your training in this region. We also talked with a couple of residents and they all recommended this, so that's saying something as well.

This is a very nice gym with both a lot of machines and free weights. The price for a daypass is 5 euros. Downstairs they have an extra gym which reminds me of a Crossfit box. This part can be used when there is no class booked (they have a schedule on the website). In this second area they have good barbells and Rogue weights for Olympic lifts. The facilities has pretty nice WC and dressing rooms and are pretty clean. The staff is very welcoming and speaks english. I've been on the Slovenian coast many years and this is the best gym around for literally miles.
