The place is very nice and very clean, the service is adequate, everyone is very friendly, if you are a beginner they explain things without any problem, it is pleasant to take the class and be able to enjoy that moment.

I really enjoy taking the class there, it's just a little uncomfortable that girls always come in to record while you're training because it distracts you and makes you feel uncomfortable. It's fine for them to record videos sometimes, but not the whole class 💔

This is my first time visiting this Pilates studio, and because it was my first time, they told me to arrive 10 minutes early to explain the equipment and everything, which didn't happen. I had a class with Professor Beto, which was an unpleasant experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. To begin with, he never explained how to use the equipment (there were things I'd never used before). I could see him struggling to set up some things, and he just stood there watching. Instead of patiently explaining some postures, he scolded me, which made the class uncomfortable. In short, he has no patience and a rather clownish attitude. I've visited other studios for the first time, and the instructors have a much friendlier, more patient attitude and always explain everything. Honestly, there are better studios in Neza. I'm editing my rating with the response to your comment: Yes, on Saturday I arrived 5 minutes late and wasn't allowed in. On Monday, I arrived 10 minutes early as they told me, and to begin with, they didn't even open the door. We had to send a message to get them to open it because we knocked about three times and they still wouldn't answer. I wasted time there. I arrived early and they made me sit on a couch, and I wondered, "So why did they make me arrive early if I'm just going to sit and wait?" The receptionist on Saturday said that even though I had taken Pilates classes before at other studios, they still had to explain things to me, etc., which never happened. So get your act together because your receptionists are saying different things. The strange thing is that a girl in the class I went to on Monday arrived 10 minutes late and got in without any problem (I saw the time on my watch). So what's the deal? Are some allowed to be late and others not? 🙃 Now, sorry, but they never asked me if I was familiar with the equipment, if I had any injuries, or anything. The receptionist never even approached me directly to ask me anything, not even my name. One of my friends left because of the instructor's terrible attitude, and that same receptionist came in afterward and gave the instructor a dismissive look, like, "Ugh, they went and complained." Seriously, your employees' attitude is awful. You have way too many red flags. And on top of that, they sent my comment to hidden posts on Instagram, LOL. Have the decency to respect customers' opinions and not hide messages.
