I recently joined ibeyond Pilates and I am very excited to share that they are by far the most welcoming, understanding and truly supportive and caring team. I have a few issues with by neck and back and I'm usually very reluctant of joining big gyms/classes but it's not the case here. This is a small studio which means small classes, personalized attention and more opportunities to get the exercise done correctly without injuring yourself trying to follow your peers because you can't connect with your instructor. Sue-Ann and Debbie are dedicated professionals reassuring you they will work with you to obtain the results you are looking for. Studio is conveniently located with plenty of parking, clean premises and well maintained equipment.
I have been doing Pilates with Sue-Ann for 17 years! The benefits can't be explained, I have even gotten my adult daughter invested in Pilates because of how good it makes us feel when we finish a class and for days after the class. I make my classes a priority and hate if I have to miss! Sue-Ann knows and understands if you have a weak spot or injury and adapts each move to what you need to get the most out of the class. The hour goes by quickly (and it is a full hour, not a 50 minute hour like many studios) and we always have fun while we work. I highly recommend this workout for all ages!
Love IBeyond Pilates! Small studio and the 2 instructors are extremely knowledgeable, patient and observant. I have had back surgery and Pilates has been very beneficial in my recovery process. I feel confident and motivated in class knowing that I am in good hands! The instructors, Debbie and Su Ann, are welcoming and encouraging throughout the class which really makes for an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

iBeyond Pilates is an amazing studio for all Pilates enthusiasts - from beginner to advanced. The teachers are warm and caring, and make you feel right at home. The ladies I take classes with have become close friends. It is a special community that I would highly recommend. You should definitely give it a try!
