No accountability or integrity. The flower is completely dried out and crumbles with no effort. Much had already crumbled and filled the bottom of the tub. There was no seal on the top. There was no humidity regulator (terp shield) in the tub. The taste is awful, it just tastes like old leaf. The product has no medicinal value. Levin's response to my complaint?: "If you don't like it, buy something else."

Good people helpful. But the company seems to be more worried about making money than helping people that really need it. So sadly done so much money to be made it's crazy but this is big business.
