The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place if you're looking a good place to lift weights in the Tokyo area.

Best gym I’ve been to in all of Tokyo area. Rogue power racks and barbells. Excellent and well taken care of equipment. And staff that understands actual lifting. So happy to find this place.
A very nice gym with top of the line Rogue equipments for power lifters. Staff is very friendly and speaks fluent English. Had a great workout here, will definitely come again.
