Here you are followed from A to Z in every single movement of yours (I speak literally) and right there you understand that even with a single weight you can do movements and exercises that in other structures you would do in 15 different machines. What can we say, if you are looking for quality and professionalism, I can only recommend Dr. Laura!

What to say about Laura's srudio is not getting rid of anymore ... You find a great harmony, a family welcome that makes you feel good and the lesson time passes so quickly that you don't even notice. The lessons of each discipline are always at the top.
