Place where body and mind work together in great environment.. Equpment, professional support.. All you need.. For fun, for practice, for well being, for phisical perfection...
It's a great place for working out, all the needed weights and very cheap. A bit crowded at times, but if you don't go between 6pm and 9pm it will be fine. It doesn't have much space for abs training but still a good gym.
