U Fit Studio carries a perfect 5.0 from 444 reviews - a genuinely large sample for a perfect score - and its five written reviews describe a studio spanning far more than a weights floor: personal training, a structured group challenge, and separate Pilates, yoga, and sound bath offerings, each with named instructors.

Four Weeks In, Already Transformed

Lena Mistry's review is a fresh, detailed account: "It's been just over four weeks since I joined, what an amazing experience already... I have a dedicated PT Luke who truly is rooting for me to reach my goals, he's guided me on nutrition and mindset, as well of course exercise routines that push my limits. I'm lifting heavier than I could've imagined and got a variety of routines to help keep things fresh. Plans are tailored to me rather than a one size fits all." Naming a specific PT for both physical coaching and nutrition and mindset guidance is a fuller picture than "great trainer" alone - it describes coaching across three distinct dimensions.

A Structured, Named Challenge Program

Hitesh Madlani's review describes a specific program rather than general membership: "I have been a part of the D1S challenge for 6 weeks and have seen a transformation in my body, form, strength and nutrition. The coaches are super supportive, motivate you and hold you accountable... Nutrition information has been a big plus for me having struggled with what to eat, portion sizes, etc." That's a named, time-bound program - worth asking about directly if you want structure and accountability rather than open-ended, self-directed training.

A Full Year, From Someone Who'd Never Trained Before

Paul Solomons's review carries real weight because of both his starting point and his timeframe: "When I first joined U Fit I was concerned as I had never been in a gym previously. I shouldn't have worried... I feel that over my first year I have gained strength, improved my balance, got into good habits regarding my food and water intake." A full year of continued attendance from someone with zero prior gym experience is a strong signal that the onboarding and ongoing support genuinely worked, not just a good first impression.

Pilates, Yoga, and Sound Bath, Each With a Named Instructor

Jade Tella's review is specific to the Pilates side: "Since it was my first Pilates class, I was a bit nervous, but Sonal was so warm, patient, and accommodating. She made sure I felt comfortable and guided me through everything clearly." Ady's review covers a different offering entirely: "I can absolutely recommend Yoga classes and Sound bath with the amazing Dajit Kaur. The classes are really relaxing, therapeutic, antistress." Between these two, at least three named instructors - Luke, Sonal, and Dajit Kaur - cover three distinct disciplines: personal training, Pilates, and yoga/sound bath, suggesting a genuinely multi-service studio rather than a single-format gym.

What's Missing

No review states pricing for membership, personal training, the D1S challenge, or individual class types. Nothing describes the physical facility's size, though multiple reviewers mention a waiting area with drinks available before or after class.

Who It's Not For

Anyone looking for a purely self-directed, no-frills gym floor - every review describes structured coaching, named instructors, or specific programs rather than independent equipment access alone. Anyone pricing this out before joining, since no review gives a figure.

So much more than a gym! ❤️❤️❤️ It’s been just over 4 weeks since I joined, what an amazing experience already. This is a community. I’ve been made to feel so comfortable whether it’s PT training, classes or even on my own. I have a dedicated PT Luke who truly is rooting for me to reach my goals, he’s guided me on nutrition and mindset, as well of course exercise routines that push my limits. I’m lifting heavier than I could’ve imagined & got a variety of routines to help keep things fresh. Plans are tailored to me rather than a one size fits all and it’s the first time I think I’ve ever felt I can truly do this. I’ve already lost a great amount of weight, but just as importantly feel stronger, confident and just positive about what could be next ✨ Each trainer brings their own style so you never get bored and training plans are regularly reviewed to make sure your always on something that’s going to give you the best impact. Facilities are top tier, clean and equipped with all you need to be able to head to work straight after. This really is a community, I’m so glad I joined, and can’t wait to see what the next few months bring. Big thank you to everyone at UFit, your a special place 🫶🏼

U fit has been great! I have been a part of the D1S challenge for 6 weeks and have seen a transformation in my body, form, strength and nutrition. The coaches are super supportive, motivate you and hold you accountable. They provide constant feedback and advice to help you drive positive change. Nutrition information has been a big plus for me having struggled with what to eat, portion sizes, etc. My understanding in food is a lot better now. The classes provide a fun and safe environment for you to train and the added options of Pilates, yoga and sound bath has allowed me to relax. I would highly recommend the challenge, they're here to help no matter what your ability. Then whether you sign up for the fusion classes or studio training, both are excellent options.

When I first joined U Fit I was concerned as I had never been in a gym previously. I shouldn't have worried because from day 1 have been encouraged by the staff and many members who have helped me to settle in and given my confidence to achieve my goals. It is fair to say everyone here is pulling in the same direction whether it be the wonderful girls at the front desk, nothing is too much trouble for them or our magnificent trainers. I appreciate their patience so often. I feel that over my first year I have gained strength, improved my balance got into good habits regarding my food and water intake. I feel so much fitter.I look forward to the year ahead and achieving many more targets.

I can absolutely recommend Yoga classes and Sound bath with the amazing Dajit Kaur. The classes are really relaxing, therapeutic, antistress. I am doing combination of two yoga plus sound bath very often. You can visit during the week or in the weekend. It depends when you have free time. The facilities are modern, the atmosphere is ambient. Before or after classes you can grab a shake, coffee or tea and spend some time in the waiting area. I am a member of the studio more than year and I really enjoy my classes and the time I spend there.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Pilates studio! The atmosphere was incredibly calm with a really nice, relaxing ambience that immediately put me at ease. Since it was my first Pilates class, I was a bit nervous, but Sonal was so warm, patient, and accommodating. She made sure I felt comfortable and guided me through everything clearly. Everything runs so smoothly — from check-in to the flow of the class — and you can really tell how well-organized and professional the studio is. I’m so glad I chose this place for my first class and I’ll definitely be coming back!
