Super nice facility with really good outdoor and indoor possibilities. Lots of group classes weekdays all day. there is a obstacle course outside with most of the obstacles you need as well as a brand new crossfit rig which makes training outside really good. They have really good prices as well. Owners and staff are the best 👌
Absolut the best training you can get. Bad backs starts working again. The hole body gets in shape very fast.

Never actually visited this place, but I have taken part in every one of their 08:00 workouts each day. You don’t need to visit either - just stay anywhere within a mile of this place and they will force you to get up-and-at-‘em by playing the loudest, blandest, generic house music across the area for all to hear. They don’t lie in bed and neither should you, you lazy people.
