All the instructors at KC Pilates are so friendly and welcoming and the new studio always feels so relaxing. I've tried lots of different sessions and always feel like the classes offer new things to try. My 1-1 session with Carole was absolutely perfect. She listened to my needs, helped me improve my performance and made me genuinely laugh! Her group classes are super too - Such a brilliant instructor. Can't recommend her enough!
Kathryn hosted a Pilates session at my hen party this weekend and it went down a treat! We had a group of mixed ages, with some guests that hadn't done Pilates before. Kathryn was easy to follow, calm and had such a beautiful nature. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and would definitely re-book in. Thank you SO much for coming and giving us such a wonderful pilates session and adding to my amazing hen weekend :)
Kathryn very kindly attended a hen party I was planning to host a group Pilates session for a huge group of 15 mixed abilities and ages. Although some were complete beginners, some with specific health concerns, and some Pilates regulars - Kathryn was able to cater to all of our needs in the session so seamlessly. We all thoroughly enjoyed the session, the pace and the variety was perfect and Kathryn was so lovely and so fun, as well as an absolute professional when it came to form and people's limitations. Would 1000% recommend KC Pilates for all ages and skill levels! What a lovely experience!
I absolutely love Kathryn's reformer pilates class on a Monday morning. There is so much variety to each class and every session tones and strengthens the whole body, even the small muscles you didn't know you had. Her teaching skills to support technique and development are outstanding. She is so attentive to every member whether experienced, beginner or injured and provides alternative positions and exercises making all abilities feel included. You leave on a high! Thank you.
I can thoroughly recommend KC Pilates! I suffer from osteoarthritis in both my hips and have found that reformer pilates has really helped with keeping me pain free and mobile. Kathryn and Vic have been great in taking my stiff hips into consideration during my 1-1 and group sessions, adapting moves for me where necessary.
