Food Service everything excellent
Incredible staff always friendly and always on hand to offer advice. Genuine interest in helping. Great facilities at a very reasonable price. Truly enjoy working out here.
Price is correct. The pool is often quiet and the gym is a bit small but never crowded.
The pool is small, and shallow. 1.3 meters
I recently joined this leisure centre with the intention of using the swimming pool on a regular basis. I attended once and by the following morning, I had an ear infection & a skin irritation. As I had no other change in my routine, I find it highly likely this was caused by using the facility. I emailed looking for a refund and received no response. I then used the websites contact page and was answered by email stating I would have a response by that weekend as the manager was away. A week later, I still have had not heard from the manager. I have found their facilities and customer service skills to be poor at best. I would not reccomended this leisure centre to anyone.
