Best commercial gym I've ever been in hands down. Quality equipment, friendly staff, and everything you could want in a gym. I was also quite impressed to see they have a defibrillator on hand, showing a very clear priority taken on client safety, which is often extremely lacking in gyms. Would recommend this gym to literally anyone.
We have been members at Virgin Active for almost 20 years. Wouldn't gym anywhere else
They charged double without giving a notice and then they offered me a discount that I needed to pay for . Like what?? Said I will get my money next month. The women who helped me gave me a cash back code on WhatsApp instantly deleted it. Replying asking nothing.
After signing a two year contract to get a better monthly rate, they just sent a notice in December that the fee will be increasing by 80% for the remaining 5 months of the contract. It is absolutely ridiculous and deceiving.
Terrible gym. Equipment is broken for months without repair. Only one hamstring machine, other 2 are broken. Only one rope for a gym with hundreds of members. Cable machines don’t run smoothly. Not enough handles for the cable machines either. Would not recommend, rather join planet fitness
