I started Jiu-Jutsu and I'm very happy with it. The atmosphere is good, and instructor Ahmet is knowledgeable.
It's a nonsensical place. Pedagogy and judo are posted on the door, but does this 80-year-old teacher know anything about pedagogy? Talking to children in a joking manner is, unfortunately, not pedagogy. A 5-year-old and a middle schooler are in the same class, given the same instructions and expected to do the same things. When the child can't do it—there's no one-on-one demonstration or explanation anyway—the teacher is completely speechless. He's mumbling under his breath, expecting everyone to do whatever they understand from his tone. The attention of a child who isn't being paid attention to is distracted, even though this child has played various sports in Facebook clubs. He has no problem taking commands. So, the problem lies entirely with this indifferent teacher and the fact that they're trying to do this in an environment unsuitable for sports.
