this is my favorite gym ever. I look forward to going to workouts, and love all of the coaches. Awesome experience, great feeling of community.

I started going to this gym about 18 months ago. It’s been a life changing process for me. I have always been active growing up. I played sports in high school and ran long distance into my 30’s. The coach’s and other members are becoming a second family for me. They push me to stay active, and go beyond my fitness goals. I can’t say enough about this place. I truly love it.

Been at this gym for over 3 years and absolutely LOVE it. The coaches are very knowledgeable and make each person there feel like they count. Whether you know what you are doing or not (that was me when I started) they work with you individually until you are comfortable. This place is like ONE big family and I Love everyone there. And I am completely addicted to Crossfit and can't imagine doing anything else. Valerie Martin
