Crunch Fitness Greenwood Village

Before this year crunch greenwood did not appeal to me. But today the experience was phenomenal. Tiffany and Kiersten was very helpful showing me the gym and didn't push anything I didn't want. The gym is clean and if there is an issue the staff works hard to fix it. Definitely gonna be one the rise gym in greenwood.

The gym itself is great, but the kids daycare hours have been very inconsistent, which has been frustrating. As a mom, I rely on the daycare so it would be extremely helpful to receive notifications when it will be closed instead of making the trip and finding out in person. There was a time when the same staff members were consistently present, and they were kind, engaging, and great with the kids. My son really grew to love them. One lady which my son truly loved was getting her hours cut short due to her not "fitting the look that crunch fitness wants to portray" which prompted her to quit. I took that as very bias and discriminating. She was awesome with kids. Also over the past few months the staffing has been inconsistent with someone different almost every visit. The level of engagement has really declined. My experience with manager was disappointing. When I brought these concerns to her attention, the response felt rude, vague, and unhelpful. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately this interaction with her did not reflect that

This is the absolute worst gym I have ever attended, It is dirty. I have gotten sick several times from going there they do not clean their tanning beds or their equipment. They leave nasty sweat towels all over the floor falling out of the trash cans. The staff is rude and lazy. I never see them doing anything to help and their membership policy is horrible. You have to pay to cancel even if you cancel before your next billing cycle.

Sauna worked half the time and was never clean. Raised monthly payment by almost double after the first year. First year was $9.99, then it moved to $15.99 without notice other than the fine print of the contract. Then raised again to $17.99 due to some type of inflation and processing costs. Terrible experience trying to cancel our membership. They made my pregnant wife physically come in to cancel and charged her two extra months payments. I came in a couple days later to cancel mine and discussed waiving the extra charges when doing so.. Kirsten, the assistant GM, advised that she had to discuss this with her regional manager. She calls me on 2/28 and says the cancellation was processed and that I would be getting a refund for the extra months charge within 5-7 days. I end up getting charged on 3/2, 3/30 and again on 4/30. I call to see what is going on and finally got someone on the phone. They said they were already working with a customer so they would call me right back, but never did. I called back again and the GM told the personal trainer who took my call to write down my info and she would call me back and never did. I've called back the past 2 days and no one answers the phone. Highly recommend finding another gym.

My son signed up to join but was quickly asked about using a personal trainer. We decided the cost was to much at the time. After Christmas, he decided he did not have enough time to go to gym so tried to cancel but was told he could not cancel yet but they would put his membership on a freeze in case he wanted to come back. A few weeks later, his bank account was hit with a $550 dollar charge from Crunch. He was told it was for the personal trainer that he had declined to use. After several visits they only returned $440. In trying to get the last $110, they proceeded to charge another $110. When we were finally able to talk to the training supervisor he said he would try to return one of the charges. The very next day there was another charge for $110. We are still trying to get the $330 back but are constantly being met with resistance or being told that management is never on the property during normal day hours. This business is definitely stealing money. My son works hard for his money while doing his high school work and doesn't deserve to have it stolen from a company that is supposed to be helping people better themselves.
