DO NOT JOIN..Had my gym bag stolen from one of the cubbies. Staff haven't been able to find out who took it. So from that I gather that either the cameras don't work or they're not situated to where they can see who is stealing or it was a staff member who took it. I lost about 400 dollars worth of equipment in the bag. Do not join. If you already have, then use lockers where you can lock the doors. Do not use the cubbies in workout area
They charge a lot for maintenance fee. The gym is always dirty, the machines broken. Be aware if you want to cancel your membership they will charge you an extra month.

Read the reviews. It's no mistake mostly everyone gives this place 1 star rating. Two words: CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place does not understand that the customer is King. The customer is always right. The customer is everything to this type of business, a gym. Catelina "Kat" Jimenez is the culprit of horrible customer service, and oddly enough she is the general manager of the gym. In any other gym or customer service industry, someone like Kat would not be in any managerial position. Zero customer service skills she has. It's not a coincidence, but a very common pattern that customer service is below adequate at Tru Fit on Ridge. It's a shame the customer service it horrible, because the facility itself is actually a nice and spacious gym. Whoever Frank B is, on all the reviews I have read, going back years, all his responses Frank says he will consider the reviews compliant and address it with his staff. Apparently the main issue of poor customer service has not been fully addressed, and I am now under the impression that it's possible Frank B and Cat might have a relationship that is affecting them to address Cat's lack of customer service skills as the GM. This leadership team at Tru Fit on Ridge needs to be replaced ASAP, and then eventually good customer service might be implemented. Until then, the customer will be second class at this gym. - PJ

It's all fun until you wanna cancel! I send an email to cancel it and they told me I had to go in person to do so. But I did make my contract online by the way! Now after 2 yrs my contract is way expired. And by the time I got to go in to actually cancel, because I haven't gone lately at ALL for the past months, I have my payment due and they want me to pay for it before I can cancel it. Soo if I don't pay for it I will have a balance increasing every month! Just because I didn't go in before in person. And it takes 15 days to process cancellation!
