Excellent structure and with well-maintained and complete cutting-edge equipment for all exercises .. helpful and young staff with a desire to get involved .. excellent instructors who understand your needs to offer you always new cards and with variable exercises .. And I have been attending it for a year and I am satisfied in all aspects I recommend it to everyone! Great price then open 7 days a week goes towards my demanding because of the Work .. and the hours are also great now it is open from 5 in the morning until 1 in the morning of the next day .. we hope it will return to the opening of 24/24 .. 🤙🏋️‍♀️

Good value for money. I would improve the following aspects: 1) obligation towels, I do not say to get to do as in the USA where they are provided by the gym and are constantly washed, but at least request that they be brought from home 2) obligation to replace equipment, at least 15 kg discs / handlebars 3) The most important of all, the real gap that if filled would transform the gym into a professional one: PARALLEL PURCHASE I mean the real ones, specifically: painted steel, heavy base, lamellar wooden bars ovoid section, articulated hooks, variable height 110- 170cm, variable width 42-48cm etc. I realize that the cost is around € 2000, however, would raise the level of the entire crossfit room (obviously they should be put there). Also there are no other gyms in Rovigo equipped with this tool. The closest are in Este or Ferrara. The "parallels" that are currently in the gym as well as being too short, low, etc. etc. have the additional limitation of not having a wooden but rigid metal bar and consequently it is easy to ignite the wrists and shoulders. 4) a back in the crossfit room. For reasons unknown to me, they were all uncomfortably put out of the crossfit room. 5) at least one fall mattress (minimum thickness 30cm). Throughout the gym there are only mats, but no mattress, not even the smallest ones 5 cm thick (yes I know they cost € 80 or more) 6) purchase of horse with handles. The real one (cost around 1500 €)
