A lovely relaxation space in the centre Derby. The 5 day free introductory pass is particularly great, allowing you to experience more than 1 class before making any commitments. Free on street parking outside is also a bonus (when giving your reg number to reception on arrival). I'm looking forward to continuing my practice at Calm Derby.

Just what Derby needed! Fantastic, modern and light yoga spaces. Great range of classes, and gorgeous candlelit yin yoga in the evenings. I'm so glad it opened, and I'm loving classes with Louise, who is patient, friendly and warm. There is a nice reception with lovely (and free) teas. Calm has really made a positive difference to me!
