The "75% off the first billing period" promotion turned out to be very misleading. I purchased a season ticket on March 30th and received a discount for only one day, even though the ad suggested a discount for the entire month. Details limiting the promotion were only available after the offer was expanded – previously, the message was vague and uninformative. I filed a complaint, but despite presenting logical arguments and consumer law, the company completely ignored my concerns. To me, this is an example of non-transparent and unfair marketing. I definitely do not recommend this service and will be reporting the matter to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and the Consumer Ombudsman.
