Great place! I'm training with Kasia for almost a year and couldn't ask for a better trainer! Fun encouraging atmosphere, with tailored excersices for each session!
I am lucky to find Kasia and Agnieszka in one place. I have been training with Kasia for more than a year, and I also go to Agnieszka for physical therapy, and it has changed my body and my self-esteem. The atmosphere is always friendly, fun and full of motivation! Bardzo polecam!
I started my jurney with Agnieszka and Slawek over one year ago. They changed my life totally:) After having three kids i lost my power and "figure". Just within couple of weeks training with Slawek and consulting with Agnieszka my diet I noticed my body changing. I love the atmosfere there, profesionality and comunications. Highly recommend for everyone if you want to change your life or even have some laughts and fell better.
Being new to Krakow coming from the US, we didnt have any idea about trainers. Luckily, we found Agnieszka at radioActiveBody. She's friendly, great motivation during workouts, and has a nice, clean facility with other friendly trainers. Good for someone like me who is a little intimidated working out with other gym folks.
Really great personal training gym. The trainers speak English, are really experienced and deliver a holistic plan. I've been to many gyms and different trainers and would have to say you would be hard pressed to find anywhere better. Really recommended!
