I’ve been training with Steve since November 2025. As a complete beginner to strength training, I wanted to get stronger but had no idea where to start. Joining Steve’s Starting Strength programme was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, he provided clear guidance, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident with each exercise. He consistently progressed my training and increased my weights at the right pace, which has helped me become significantly stronger than when I first started. What stands out most is the supportive and welcoming environment Steve creates. He makes training enjoyable, never overwhelming, and always tailored to your ability level. Not only has my strength improved, but my entire relationship with exercise has changed. I’ve gone from feeling unsure about the gym to genuinely looking forward to every session. If you’re new to strength training and want a coach who is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress, I couldn’t recommend Steve highly enough.
