I'm overweight and 67 years old. I used to fall often and was very unsteady. I'd never done Pilates before; I thought it wasn't for me, that it was a drag! Someone recommended it to me, and I was very lucky to find Andrés. He adapts the exercises to my specific needs and is very patient (I'm very lazy!). He's a true professional, knows what he's doing, and has extensive experience. I still have a way to go, but I'm becoming more agile and less unsteady every day. Highly recommended.

Not only was I physically debilitated, I was terrified of never recovering my full range of movement or having recurring episodes of pseudo sciatica. Through my sessions with Andres I rebuilt an internal corset that keeps my vertebrae in place an allow me to enjoy life in my extravagant ways. Andres is rigorous to the method and incredibly patience. I could not recommend him enough.

Andrés exclusively offers one-on-one sessions so you're guaranteed to get personalized treatment, at the pace your body needs. The facilities are immaculately clean and the environment is well-lit and very comfortable. I highly recommend this studio!
