I joined 5 months ago there cheap and best gym at adambakkam. Nothing bad to say about trainer and other mates in gym. Everyone are friendly movable persons. Here gym trainer is not only a trainer but also a good friend.
Worth for the money.. food trainers.. nice place to workout.. unlike other gym where they cost too high in this particular surrounding.. this gym is no way compromisable to the other gym.. for cardio they cost 550 and for general withowo they cost 400 which is nominal when compared to other gyms in this locality..
Feels like home ... Lot of equipment with cheap membership ... If u knw to train on your own this is the place to be ...
Youngsters are fond of developing their muscles. A good place and the equipment s are housed in a building constructed exclusively for this purpose...
