best in centre kiel, its smaller size but has suprisingly everything you need. supernice people. good mix. 2 full racks with adjustable sizes, deadlift possible, 4 benches, a lot space for HIS/yoga/stretching with gadgets like steps, bells, mats etc. long barbells everything you need. no superspecialities like bench-kettles like you have in FiZ but still you get covered here. only 1.25 kg seems to be rare. 3 towers with cables for everything, also many pullup opportunities. cardio seems god mixed too, with good sight to kieler förde! for the nerds: they have 2 row-cardios aswell. you realize its a very well thought out studio. courses/programms have not checked, but see people sweat regularly. people (trainers+guests) are a big plus here, since it has a good mix and good vibe.
I've been working out here for about 7 months and it's the perfect gym for me. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the place is clean and offers many courses and training possibilities.

Good equipment but their rates are a scam. Be careful especially when travelling and signing up. I signed up for a 4 week package at 60 euros. When I had to extend my work trip, I tried extending my package similarly for another 2 weeks. The gym tried to charge me 120 euros for the additional 2 weeks. Advice, go when there's people familiar with the gym so you know when they're trying to rip you off.
