I really enjoy training at Fitness First North Strathfield, especially the Reformer Pilates classes they're such a great workout and one of my favourite parts of the gym. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Ebony at reception. She's always so friendly, welcoming and happy to help with anything. She brings such a bright, positive vibe and makes everyone feel welcome!
Wonderful gym with great equipment, a clean environment, and friendly staff. The atmosphere is motivating, and there is plenty of space for both strength training and cardio workouts. The only thing I feel is missing is a dedicated glute/hip thrust machine, which would be a great addition for members focusing on lower-body training. Other than that, it's an excellent gym and I highly recommend it.
Amazing place to train! Terrific equipment and facilities. So much free space to do circuits, traditional weight training and even my hyrox training. The PT's are so professional and friendly and the rest of the staff are clearly very knowledgeable as well! The manager helped me with my membership and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I love this Fitness First. The staff is really friendly. They have lockers room, and sauna for females. They have expert personal instructors. My trainer has been working there from past 21 years. Wowwwwww, right. Its only been three weeks with him that I could already notice the changes in my body. Thank you so much Mr. SELLI. They also have in house cafe to provide you with protein shake and juice the moment you finish workout. The staff is really good and take care of your needs.
