Today I joined a group training session at Helios Fitness Club and had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, Kate at the reception was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the whole check-in process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away. The workout itself was excellent. Milo, who led the session, paid close attention and provided guidance throughout the class. it genuinely felt like having a one-on-one personal training session. He was motivating, professional, and made sure to perform the exercises correctly. Great atmosphere, excellent staff, and a very well-organized class. I recommend Helios Fitness Club. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve always had a dream to travel to Thailand and train Muay Thai, but life, work, and responsibilities kept getting in the way. Then I saw an ad for Helios on Instagram because I follow Rusty, and I got instantly excited. Let me tell you, it completely lived up to the hype and more. The vibe here is unmatched. It literally feels like a family. It is incredibly difficult to find a fitness place that doesn’t feel like a corporate, sterile gym, but Helios nailed it. From the moment you walk in and get greeted by Kate at the reception, you just feel welcome. The coaching is top tier too. Training with Coach Kruu Sor and Jerico has been amazing, and even the crew like Roshan make sure abt the hygiene. You know you’ve chosen the right place when you’re genuinely excited to go train and you always leave feeling satisfied. I could write a thousand lines about how great this place is, but I’ll just summarize it. Do yourself a favor, book your trial session, and I am sure you will enjoy it just as much as I do. First time trying out Helios Fitness Club. Had a great Muay Thai class with Coach Jerico today! He was patient, motivating, and explained the techniques clearly, making the class enjoyable for all levels. I appreciate how he paid attention to our form and encouraged us to push ourselves while keeping the atmosphere friendly and supportive. It was a challenging but rewarding session. Kate and Milo were very friendly and accommodating too, love the vibes! Definitely gonna come back 👍🏼👍🏼

Had my first session at Helios with Coach Sur & I’m really grateful to have found this gym. The session really focused on improving my form & technique first. Coach Sur was super clear when showing me how to do moves I haven’t been able to nail before. Also, the gym space itself is gorgeous & the staff are really amazing. I can’t wait to come back

I highly recommend this fitness club!From the beginning,Kate has been welcoming and so helpful with all information! When I came into the club,she is always happy and inviting! I have really enjoyed the fun and challenging muay thai sessions with Coach Rusty. He is great at correcting form yet is very supportive and encouraging. I also love the water bottle I got for free with purchasing sessions-its actually such good quality!
