I ordered this product, when I received it, the package was crushed and 2 boxes were not working, so I sent an email with photos and asking them if they should return the defective material, 2 months have passed j had to send at least 4 emails, I had to request a refund through paypal to finally get a response and a refund. They are not a shopkeeper and not listening ... too bad !!
