TONE FITNESS - Gym in Hyderabad

Tone fitness is my favorite gym. It is perfectly equipped .Best part is ... its well maintained and very clean !!!.Also they keep upgrading the Equipment frequently.. This gym is comfortable for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.Overall great workout experience at this place.

Management won't aim for your result & satisfaction, instead they aim for Non-refundable payments. I paid personal training as per my choice & comfort for a trainer chosen. Due to their internal allegations, trainer got dismissed just after my 10 days and management assigned another trainer for whom I'm not satisfied, then I asked my Personal Training amount refund. They denied for that... Also lot of miscommunications among them for giving me a diet plan too for many days. Gym got fabulous equipment & ambience but felt wasted & disgusted due to management..!

Inadequate ventilation, insufficient air-conditioning, faulty equipment. The place is usually very hot and that combined with a lot of sweaty people is not a good combination. Trainers are not present in the gym for most of the time. Never got guidance from any of the trainers, who work only when the manager is around. Staff treats men and women differently, felt weird a lot of times. The music played is cheap and crass, requested the manager to create a better playlist as this is an essential part of the workout experience. This simple request could not be handled by her, even after taking the time several times to teach her how a YouTube playlist works. I felt like an unpaid tech support by the end of it. The overall attitude of the staff is absolutely terrible, not sure if the manager has the ability to 'manage' her staff, nor is interested in listening to the customer. I slowly stopped going there completely quit even before the month was over.
