I am so disappointed with F45. I was hoping that I could simply sign up and complete a few classes and after awhile stop coming like so many gym memberships before it but no. They took my money and created this encouraging environment to make me want to keep coming back. Its insidious. I especially want to note that the trainers P and Ash have as of yet failed to let me hurt myself, and completely failed at letting me fail. Two years on I'm fitter and healthier than I've ever been and I can't stop now. Mongrels.
The trainers are the best part of F45. The pricing is a bit much but depending on the person it can be worth it.
