You always have a coach to help guide you to be sure your workout is proper and safe. This is much more than any old gym, this a is community. It is a fun high intensity workout that you won't regret.
Ilk Greeley is a fantastic workout with amazing coaches. They are highly motivating and the workout targets every area on the body. I am building lots of muscle and gaining flexibility. I really love it.

I just started at iLoveKickboxing in Greeley last week and I am loving it! The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable and really know how to make you sweat and push yourself. The overall environment at iLoveKickboxing is incredible and people are so friendly. I was nervous going in but I'm so glad I took the leap to push myself. You will feel supported here and be able to get the results you want if you are willing to show up and put in the work!
