Frota Academy - Gym in Zürich, Switzerland

I visited during a long layover and Professor Augusto and Coach Matheus made sure I got high level training and instruction that fit my schedule and contemplated my game. I'm so thankful for their welcoming attitude and the good vibes of the gym. Definitely a great place to train that's close to the city center, especially if you're a female training solo. I hope to come back soon! And I'll make sure to be in uniform!

My son attended a children's BJJ class while we were on holiday in Zurich. He really enjoyed the class and left with a huge smile on his face. The coaches and owner were professional, kind and cared about the kids. The gym was very clean and easy to get to. If we lived in the area we would be members for sure!

My son had the incredible opportunity to meet a legend of the jiu-jitsu world, Renzo Gracie. This was not only an important and inspiring moment for him but also a great source of motivation for his training. I visited Frota Academy while my stay in Zurich and I have nothing but great this to say. Everyone, the owner professor Augusto Frota, staff and students were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Training and sparring was great, fun and very technical and Mr Frota even had the kindness of spending some extra time to show me some great techniques after training. The gym looks amazing and is very clean. I highly recommend this Academy!!! Thank you Augusto Frota for having me!!

Love the atmosphere here... visited the gym while staying with some friends in the area. Took few classes with Bilal great instruction and better yet a very nice person.This is a great place to train, whether you are a white belt or a black belt. You will learn great stuff. Very welcoming people as well!! If you are in the area and love Jiu-Jitsu you need to stop by here!!! Will definitely drop in again the next time I'm in Zurych!;)
