Frota Academy | Jiu-Jitsu | MMA | BJJ Kids | Muay Thai | Grappling | Wrestling | Self-Defense for Women | MMA Kids

I visited during a long layover and Professor Augusto and Coach Matheus made sure I got high level training and instruction that fit my schedule and contemplated my game. I’m so thankful for their welcoming attitude and the good vibes of the gym. Definitely a great place to train that’s close to the city center, especially if you’re a female training solo. I hope to come back soon! And I’ll make sure to be in uniform!

My son attended a children’s BJJ class while we were on holiday in Zurich. He really enjoyed the class and left with a huge smile on his face. The coaches and owner were professional, kind and cared about the kids. The gym was very clean and easy to get to. If we lived in the area we would be members for sure!

I would like to express my immense gratitude to Frota Academy for the care, professionalism, and high level of coaching they demonstrate every day! My son trains at this academy, and I cannot help but highlight the attention they give to each student. I especially want to thank Coach Chiri—his technique and training methods are truly impressive. He knows how to find an individual approach to every student, creating an atmosphere where kids learn and grow while feeling confident and comfortable. My son had the incredible opportunity to meet a legend of the jiu-jitsu world, Renzo Gracie. This was not only an important and inspiring moment for him but also a great source of motivation for his training. A huge thanks to Frota Academy for providing such a unique opportunity and experience! Your approach to training and your dedication to seeing each student succeed make Frota Academy a special place. Keep up the great work, as schools like yours are shaping the future!

I visited Frota Academy while my stay in Zurich and I have nothing but great this to say. Everyone, the owner professor Augusto Frota, staff and students were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Training and sparring was great, fun and very technical and Mr Frota even had the kindness of spending some extra time to show me some great techniques after training. The gym looks amazing and is very clean. I highly recommend this Academy!!! Thank you Augusto Frota for having me!!
