Very good class. I suggest everyone to join this class as it teaches self defence, Kicks and many more fitness exercises. Girls are welcomed any time to this class. The coach is very friendly and teaches very good. I recently joined and have a very good opinion on this class.
Safest place to learn gymnastics and martial arts.My daughter is also a student and a coach in this institute.. she is learning from 9 years in this institute only..The master have an excellent way of teaching and builds confidence within the students and motivates them.

This is one of the best gymnastics classes in Bangalore.. My daughter is learning from girish master from 3 years.. sir's teaching is excellent.. he is very committed , dedicated and builds confidence and self-esteem through his teachings.. kids enjoy learning from him.
