Due to unpredictable twists of fate, I ended up living in Ursynów for a temporary period of three months, so I looked around the area for interesting places. This yoga studio was a perfect choice. Very competent, wonderful instructors, a flexible class schedule, and a calm, supportive atmosphere during meetings, even for beginners like me. The studio is well-equipped, very clean, and well-maintained. I attended a total of 10 classes, and I honestly feel bad about moving to the other side of Warsaw. Maybe I'll at least drop in on weekends. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who simply wants to take care of their health, flexibility, joint mobility, stretching, spine, and more.

A small yoga studio teaching the BKS Iyengar method, with a friendly, almost family-like atmosphere. SATYA brings together teachers with a passion for yoga, who approach each student with mindfulness and care, ensuring not only their development in practice but also their physical and mental well-being. Thanks to the teachers' experience and dedication, as well as the chosen practice method, everyone will find a place at the studio. I have been practicing under the guidance of Tomek Pyrzewicz, the founder of the studio, for nearly five years, and from my own experience, I highly recommend yoga at SATYA. Namaste :)

A small studio with a wonderful atmosphere and fantastic teachers. Tomasz conveys his vast knowledge and experience in a clear and understandable way, providing valuable advice and corrections during practice. Every participant is important here. The teachers know the participants, their "limitations," and the areas of the body they struggle with, and they immediately respond and correct any issues. The studio also organizes additional workshops and retreats. I should add that I'm traveling from outside Warsaw.

A great school! Professional teachers. Family atmosphere. Small groups. Students aren't anonymous; the teachers know their abilities and limitations. Tomek, Agata, and Marta are very knowledgeable, pay attention to detail, and are constantly training. This meant I didn't have to worry about coming to class even with an injury. I always received an asana variation that was appropriate (safe and supportive of my knee's healing). I highly recommend it!
