Great variety of equipment, friendly staff, and a good atmosphere combine to make this an excellent gym. The only thing I wish they had that they don't is a heavy bag.

Excellent gym, very clean and nice layout. The pool area and change rooms are quite old but it doesn’t affect your experience in any way. Great staff in my experience, they answer questions concisely and dealt with a refund that I needed promptly. I have no complaints!

Love this gym! I've been training here for 8 months now and Dalplex offers a great environment for anyone looking to exercise. I would rate it a five star if they would install a straight pull up bar that you could practice calisthenics freestyle moves on.
