Very good physiotherapy gym with possibilities for physiorehab and physiotherapy as well as fitness classes of various kind, and warm water fitness classes too. Great to get support for improved strength and cardio fitness with regular follow ups and adjustments in the program if needed. Filip is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and guided me through the training. All staff is very friendly happy to help. The place is clean and fresh with access to changing rooms and showers. I can very much recommend it both for physiotherapy but also as a regular gym and fitness studio.

I agree with K.N. Today I have lost confidence in health in cubic meters with the payment arrangement. I had received an offer of 6 months of training for 200 SEK/month from my skilled physiotherapist and could continue for 350 SEK/month if I wanted later. Something that I paid for 6 months with my health care allowance (Epassi) right away today. The receptionist (staff) wanted me to fill out a form with my bank details for autogiro payment afterwards. I was not motivated to provide my bank details if I had not decided to continue. I said I wanted to wait with it. They said it was a condition but I resisted. He called for a woman who came and taught me what autogiro means, something I learned 40 years ago. From my point of view, if you have paid the full amount for your purchased service and the binding period as a member, there is no reason to give permission for autogiro. If you want to continue training and split the payment, then there is the option of paying by direct debit, then you have to provide your bank details. I requested to cancel the purchase but I was not allowed and they said I should contact Epassi, although they could do it right away. I contacted Epassi and gave the phone to the receptionist and had the purchase canceled. My interpretation of the direct debit situation is that, if you as an old person forget to cancel in time, the company has received an extra month's payment.

A lot goes wrong in their patient accounting: Payments that are not registered correctly (affects high-cost protection), rebookings made on time (more than 24 hours before the visit) are still recorded as late cancellations, etc. Everything can be corrected but at the expense of the patient's time. Everyone can make mistakes sometimes, but here a lot went wrong in a short time. Maybe I was just unlucky. The physiotherapists are certainly very good at their job, but maybe they should focus on what they are trained to do and not take turns sitting at the reception, taking payments and answering the phone, which means they make mistakes that a dedicated clerk probably would not have made. Also, the premises are quite boring.
