Just the loveliest place to train!! Amazingly friendly staff with special shout outs to Elisa, who encouraged me and gave me my confidence back (it was the shorts comment Elisa!) and not forgetting Julia who is so much fun but pushes us to be our best in Legs, bums & tums and Stretch & Tone and Brooke who makes Body Pump look so effortless (it’s not!). Thank you … you all make the hugest difference to me! Xx
Elisa has been amazing! She made my mum feel so comfortable and confident using the gym for the very first time. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease any nerves. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. I would definitely recommend requesting Elisa for your gym induction!
Being here was a good decision. What made my stay here welcoming is one wonderful staff Elisa. She works so hard and keeps the gym clean. With a smile on her face always makes your day...good work. Elisa..well done for making coming to gym welcoming.

I’ve mainly visited Erith Leisure Centre for children’s parties rather than using the gym or swimming facilities, but my experience has generally been positive. The party setup is well organised, and the staff are friendly and helpful when managing groups of excited kids. The space is suitable for parties, and there’s enough room for activities without it feeling overcrowded. The kids always seem to have a great time, which is the most important thing. Facilities like seating areas and general cleanliness have been decent during our visits, although it can get a bit busy depending on the day. Parking and access are fairly convenient as well. I can’t comment on the gym or pool personally, but based on the party experiences, it’s a reliable venue for children’s events.
