Beautiful space & welcoming environment! The studio has very relaxing vibes surprisingly for being in the center of Costa Mesa/Newport; tucked away like a hidden jewel, the studio has a comforting charm located in the back of a Spanish styled building. There is beautiful wood interior, which feels like a reconnection with nature. The studio has very “small-town vibes” in a big town area—I highly recommend paying it a visit if you’re visiting or live locally. Bonus, there is a super cute cat-io in the back!
Not many real yoga studios left and this is one of them! Beautiful peaceful space with great teachers and owners. I love taking class here when I can.
Enjoy Yoga at the Old School House in Costa Mesa is truly magical. The space itself feels special the moment you walk in, and the quality of teaching is exceptional across the entire schedule. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening a long-standing practice, there are continual opportunities to learn, grow, and refine. The community is genuine, welcoming, and supportive, which is a true reflection of the studio’s owners, Jenn and Angela — two wonderful women who clearly care deeply about both the practice and the people. The workshops are thoughtful and enriching, and even the merchandise is cool and well-curated. This studio is a rare gem and a place you’ll want to return to again and again.
This place is awesome, the studio is tucked away little school house that feels like a tiny retreat within the city. It’s beautiful, and clean and has all the equipment you could need. The people are always so nice and welcoming for all skill levels, and if you’re looking for a challenge, their level 2-3 classes are excellent! Jennifer & Louis are some of my favorite instructors here, but they are all wonderful at what they do! Thank you so much for providing a space like this to do yoga, it means so much to have this little oasis in Newport!
