It's a great place with highly qualified specialists. They have a lot of equipment I haven't seen at other gyms. I've been training here for six months under the supervision of a trainer and I see a huge difference compared to when I was working out on my own.
Love this GYM, not only is it very nicely equipped both in gear and instructors, but also the location is just perfect - plenty of parking space, the beautiful Vistula river nearby - just made to recharge and energize you ! well done !

Excellent place for private gym with 1/1 coaching by a small group of very professional coaches. Coach Jakub Tokajuk is being recommended as one of the most knowledgeable professionals in his domain and this is also my experience since many years. Trainings, by all coaches, are tailored to the needs of the client. The place is small but perfect for its goals and has all necessary equipment. Great and friendly atmosphere amongst all coaches. Highly recommended! Plenty parking in quiet location of a tennis/squash hall. Showers with lockers available.
