But everything is always manageable - everyone does it according to their own abilities, preferences, and what feels good for them. 🤗 Plus, it's a wonderful location where you feel comfortable and can completely switch off. For me, it's definitely not just about the physical aspect, but also the mental one - relaxation and stress relief.
