Love, love, love coming here for my regular workouts! The studio owner is absolutely lovely and always happy to help with any queries or specific requests. I absolutely love the classes especially the Sunday sessions! The trainer is excellent with a really good working knowledge of physio and gives good suggestions for any modifications for strains and injuries whilst also making sure that you get a really good workout. Bonus points for good facilities, cleanliness and the gingerbread men cookies

Great team to ensure you get a great workout. They're all so friendly and cater to every fitness level. Small classes mean someone is able to help at any time and there is an easy booking system.
