If I lived in Campbell River this is definitely the gym I would be going to full time. Old school vibe and great variety of equipment!

Participated in various classes / programs from the Fall right through until June. The facility is very professional and CLEAN! with a motivating and non-intimidating environment. Sarah is a fabulous trainer, very knowledgeable, who "walks her talk". Highly recommend West Coast Muscle & Fitness to anyone ant any level!
