I highly recommend Pulse! I've been taking classes with Kate J. for the last month now, and she meets you where you are, and works with you to meet your fitness goals. The gym is the perfect size... not too big, not too small, not overcrowded, but you're also not the only one in there. The members were all very friendly! Clean new equipment! SO glad I gave it a try!

I had the best class with Jenn Mouser, so much so that after one class it has motivated me to keep putting in the work!! I won't lie it's been some time since I've done a proper workout of any kind. She is a phenomenal Pilates instructor and I highly HIGHLY recommend trying out one of her classes for yourself!!
Christine's Friday morning 40 steps classes are a fantastic way to start the day. Such a spectacular setting and Christine is always enthusiastic, organized, and motivational! A great combination of strength and cardio year round. Christine is also an amazing photographer 🤣 but I took these pics
