Not quite sure why this review keeps getting deleted?! Staff are very rude. How Martin in sales gets away with talking to customers like he does is beyond me....but then when you speak to the manager, mark sylvester, you can understand why as he is worse. Overall a bad experience, the popularity of the club is purely down to the facilities and not the staff! Didn’t join in the end...

DL Newcastle have just reduced Yoga class times by 35 minutes despite the complaints from the members that attend these classes. When you write to the manager and classes manager they do not reply yet, arrogantly, get a receptionist to reply to you. You would expect more from a very expensive club.

My wife went to the pool two days ago. It was filthy, so she got out and went into the steam room, lots of chipped tiles, not very hygienic. Today she has tried both the club and head office to see if the pool has been cleaned since she left her complaint the other day. No one has phoned back so she has given up on swimming for a second day this week. This is the second time she has had to raise issues about how dirty the pool is. Not very good when the fees are over £90.00 per month.
