良いジムです。マシンも綺麗で何処をみても清潔。土足OKなのにそれを感じられない程。常にお客さんの良いようにしようとする姿勢が垣間見れる。

I'm a common member, but recently I often go to the Itami store. There is plenty of free weight space, I don't have to wait for my time to go, and I don't have to bother myself.

It's open 24 hours a day and the membership fee is reasonable! Aerobic machines and free weights are also available. I don't think I'll have to wait because there are so many. There are no lessons such as yoga or dance or individual lockers, but the minimum facilities for body building are available. If you are trying a diet for the first time, or if you are aiming for a beautiful body, it would be best. The manners of the members are good and the machines are kept clean. It's a good gym where you can feel free to work hard as you can get the name of light.
