Best Gym in downtown Dallas in terms of size and affordability. At the time of writing enrollment is $25 per month. The gym has the size and equipment of an LA fitness minus a playroom for kids and a swimming pool. Gym does have sauna and Jacuzzi and everything is cleaned once a week on Saturday. There is an upper floor that is dedicated to just running track. Towels and basketballs are supplied at no extra charge. There is a drink station that just has water that is not fruit infused lol.

This place is an amazing deal for it's location. It's probably the only city gym left in Dallas that still has ton of free weights, but isn't a 'cross-fit' or 'mma studio'. It has a three Lane lap pool and full shower, steam, sauna, hot tub. There is a giant cardio room, full size basketball court, racket all courts, free yoga, zoomba, spin classes. It's on the 15th floor with a great view and most of the staff are going to El Centro studying to be in sports medicine so they are all extremely helpful. For those complain about parking. This is in the city, so parking is going to suck. But you can access it from Dallas underground and it's about 2 blocks away from West end station on the dart.

This happened a couple days ago so looking back i see that there were misunderstandings on both side but even so I was approached aggressively, lied on, and dismissed without the chance of an explanation. I would rate 0/5.
