I found the 7 day Mudra Workshop taught by Ashish very informative. This class teaches the hand gestures, when to use it, and how to use it with meditation. Ashish was very thorough and taught so I could understand it. I’m grateful FITSRI allows you to download the lessons so you can go back to them. Thank you Ashish and FITSRI.

I did the Kundalini Yoga course and it was a very transformative experience. The teachers are very good and experienced. We can feel that they live immersed in the yoga world and that is a plus for those who receive their teachings. Besides that, they very kind and always available. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to understand the foundations and origin of Kundalini Yoga and how to take this practice to life.

Whether you’re completely new to Kundalini or already have some experience, this course feels like a truly special place to learn. Everything is taught from the roots of the Tantra tradition, and you can feel the depth behind it. The philosophy and anatomy classes give you a strong foundation that really helps things make sense. At the same time, you’re not just learning theory, you’re experiencing it. The sessions on Pranayama, Asana, Meditation and Mudra make it all come alive. It’s very hands-on, and you naturally grow into the practice by doing. What I appreciated most is how accessible the teachers are. It feels easy to reach out, ask questions, and get guidance whenever you need it. The material is clear and thoughtfully put together, and the pace gives you space to really take things in. But more than anything, it’s the teachers who make this course what it is. 🌟 Their knowledge is deep, but it’s their kindness and humility that really stay with you. They create such a warm, supportive space that you end up feeling part of a small family and that’s something truly rare.💛 🙏

I want to share an honest account of what made it exceptional The curriculum is rigorous, clean, and rooted in pure traditional Indian Kundalini Yoga: as technically comprehensive as it is philosophically coherent and didactically sound. In the context of the course, pranayama, mudra, mantra, asana, bandha, and the deeper waters of Tantra are not presented as separate modules to get through, but as an integrated, living, and evolving system. That cohesion is rare, and it does not happen without intention. The teaching panel also embodies personal qualities I truly did not expect: they hold enormous patience with our questions, and they are deeply understanding of our personal restrictions and impediments which, across forty intense days of learning and practice, are inevitable. They hold the fort for the student and are always, always available for further explanation outside class hours. Sushant’s teaching on the tattvas and the philosophical architecture of Tantra is outstanding. He holds genuinely complex territory without flattening it for convenience, and without losing the student in abstraction. That is a very particular skill. The progression of his pranayama classes is clearly and carefully studied, which gives the practice structure, depth, and a sense of real developmental intelligence. Ashish brings real precision to mudra and mantra. These are areas where imprecision is easy and consequential, and he does not cut corners. Manisha’s approach to meditation is both grounded and spacious, which is harder to achieve than it sounds. For me, a great part of that is the kindness and calmness of her delivery. Raj covers anatomy with the kind of clarity that makes it immediately applicable rather than merely academic, helping the student connect it with knowledge acquired in the other subjects. Anil’s Hatha teaching is solid, thorough, and well sequenced, always accommodating each student’s particular requirements. Watching him perform a flow is beautiful. And none of it would run without Sanjay, who keeps the entire operation coherent: communications, organisation, logistics, all of it. That kind of behind the scenes reliability is what allows everyone else to focus on actually teaching, and it deserves far more credit than it usually receives. What I did not anticipate was how much the programme would challenge not only my knowledge, but also my practice, my perception, and my understanding of what it means to teach. That is the mark of training operating at the right level. For anyone considering this certification: it is the real thing. Come prepared to work. Get ready to transform.

I recently completed the online Kundalini yoga teacher training course, and I was deeply impressed by the exceptional quality of the entire program. Our teachers were incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled, each an expert in their own field. They conveyed complex information with such clarity and depth that every session felt truly enriching. The curriculum was beautifully structured, from Tantra philosophy to anatomy, mudra, pranayama and yoga nidra offering a perfect balance of theory and practice. I’m especially grateful to the asana teacher, who managed to communicate technique and individualized adjustments so effectively through the screen. Their deep understanding of anatomy and precise guidance made a lasting impact on my personal practice. This training exceeded all my expectations and left me feeling inspired, grounded, and profoundly thankful for the teachers and the wisdom they shared. What an incredible enrichment and gift it is to now share this knowledge with others.
