Amazing staff and the Spa is great here. They have a large selection of treatments to choose from and very relaxing. The pool, stream room and sauna are also very relaxing and quiet. The food court has a few things which are nice and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place.
Great reception staff. Helpful. God classes and of you're a member he spa is great value for money.

The treatment I had was lovely but I think it cant really market as a spa day! The pool area was busy with people exercising, it was also very bright and not relaxing like you would want for a spa day! The relax room and treatment rooms are obviously above/next to the gym and the constant bang of the weights was anything from relaxing! Not somewhere I would be in a hurry to return to! Hopefully other banatynes are nicer!

I and my husband joined in this gym with monthly renewal and even my sister gym with monthly renewal ( she joined in the gym with monthly renewal ) while going away she went to the gym reception and gave her notice in the month of JUNE 2019 and filled in cancellation form and called couple of times as well to make sure GYM reception has understood that she is giving the notice. My sister also filled the form for the cancellation as well .... we observed MONEY got deducted in the MONTH of Aug , As my sister left my place SO I went to the front desk and told about the situation , they told me to email to sale , we had email sales NO RESPONDS As we had observed MONEY got deducted even for the month of SEPTEMBER . I had asked my sister to call to the front desk which she did ... this time we recorded as we will have evidence. Now story of the conversation.... They are asked my sister to email as my email ( your sisters email ) is not valid it seems WHICH WAS NOT TOLD BEFORE . ever time we talk to them they are saying they will cancel ...but same STORY is repeating again and again.They are just deducting MONEY ever month :( .... we have to wait till NOV to come to know cancellation has gone through or not it seems.... WHAT A PAIN OF CANCELLATION ??? WHICH IS NOT THE CASE FOR JOINING
